If you're in Real Estate, chances are you already know that a Virtual Tour of a property is a great sales tool. Prospective buyers can narrow their choices dramatically and only ask to see, personally, those properties in which they are already interested, saving time and energy for you and them.

We can present virtual tours, if you'll pardon the expression, "virtually" any way you want them.
  • We can make them any size you want to suit your needs.

  • We can insert them into any web page you like or simply place them in an unbranded setting for linking to MLS.


  • We can put them on CD's for you for your own distribution.

  • We can give you any background color you desire.

  • We can make the tour rotate automatically from room to room as quickly as you want and add controls so the viewer can control the pace and direction of the tour.

  • We can even incorporate "hot spots", little link targets, within the tour itself to allow the viewer to go from room to room without an index by clicking on the targets.

  • We can add text to the rooms or room areas and provide additional information.

  • We can even add sound effects or music tracks to your Virtual Tours.

  • We can add a personal counter to your tour so you can see how many hits the tour has received at any given time.

  • We can also make still pictures of any size or aspect ratio from the panoramas available to you for use in your print materials. Of course, these will be presented to you or your commercial printer in the high resolution (at least 300 dpi) and file formats required for print reproduction.

    • Unbranded
      This is the format preferred by MLS. It's just a web page containing the tour with the address above (or not, as you prefer).
    • Hot Spot
      The visitor navigates through the house and environs via "Hot Spots" within the tour itself, eliminating the need for menu drop-downs. It is mostly used within a specific window on a realtors web page. It loads just as quickly as our other formats and using it is strictly a matter of preference. Some realtors find that the drop down menu is easier to use than the "Hot Spot".
    • Side Menu
      The "Side Menu" format places the home navigation menu in a separate frame beside the tour. Again, it's strictly a matter of preference.
    • Floor Plan
      If you have access to the floor plan of a home, as in a new home, you might opt for a floor plan navigation format. This example comes from one of our Web Design clients, Belle's Tea Cottage, but, with a floor plan, we can do the same for a property you're selling.
    Whichever way you want us to present your tour, you can count on one thing. We will have the tour up for you to link to or presented to you on a CD for your own purposes within one business day of our filming.     Other Uses for the Virtual Tour

    Retail Stores
    Our Java-based Virtual Tours can even be incorporated into shopping cart programs so shoppers can actually "walk" around your store, zoom in to inspect an item and add it to their shopping cart!

    Hotels/Resorts
    Many people like to be able to look at a hotel before they book a reservation. A comprehensive online virtual tour can make a visitor feel at home before even setting foot in the establishment. Honeymoon and Penthouse Suites, Spa and Recreation facilities or anything which might be of interest to the tourist or business professional can be presented through a Virtual Tour.



    Reasonable Rates

    Real Estate:
    Our Virtual Tours begin at $100.00 for a Real Estate presentation (standard single story 2-3BR home). Choose any of the formats above or specify how you want the tour presented.

    Specialty:
    Hotel Suites, Resort or Museum Projects are billed on an hourly basis at $30.00 per hour.

    Insurance Inventory:
    Inventory services, including high resolution photograhy are billed at $30.00 per hour.

    Online Store Services:
